Customisation

Once you’ve selected the shelter that will best suit your needs the next step is to think about customising your shelter with branding, logos, slogans – whatever it is that makes your organisation unique.

For years we have been delivering the highest quality custom-made and printed event tents to customers nationwide and have since extended our printing capabilities to include all of our Action Canopies so no matter what your need we can help create a professional, personalised shelter to suit.

We custom make our event tents here in NZ so not only can you have your logo printed on the roof but you can have any combination of roof panel colours to make a shelter that is truly unique to you.

We work closely with local, award-winning printing companies, one specialising in printing our action canopies, the other specialising in printing our event tents, to ensure customised action canopies and event tents have a quality finish that will set your shelter apart from the rest.

To make the process as smooth as possible, our in-house team offer expert advice and can assist with layout, designs and a quick turnaround on quotes so you get the results you desire.

Here's a basic outline of the customisation process and the information that we need to get the ball rolling.

Action Canopy Customisation
All of our Action Canopies can be customised by printing images, logos or text onto the roof or the valances - or both. The process we use is screenprinting. This method means the canopies can be printed without damaging the special waterproofing or UV treatments while still achieving a professional finish. If you're unsure what layout and pricing will work for you, give us a few different options (e.g. colour vs black and white) so we can supply pricing and mock-ups for all possibilities.

The first step is to contact us with the following information so we can supply a competitive quote for your shelter customisation.

What would you like to have printed? To ensure the most accurate quote please provide an example of the logos/text to be printed
Where on the canopy would you like the printing?
How many sides would you like printed?
How many colours are to be printed?
What colour is the canopy that will be printed?

Once we have this information we can organise a quote and mock-ups within a few days. If you'd like to go ahead with the printing we will book in your shelter and advise of the lead time - we can usually have shelters printed in approximately ten working days (excluding quoting) depending on the workload. Lastly, we will need to supply the correct logo/text to the printers in the correct file format (a vector file such as .eps is required) as well as any specific colours to be printed.

Event Tent Customisation
Our New Zealand made Event Tents can be customised in two ways. The first is to select the colour of the Event Tent from the huge selection of available colours. You can have more than one colour in any configuration you wish. All of our Event Tents are made to order so there is a production time of at least three weeks.

The second way is to have your unique images, logo or text printed on to the Event Tent. Printed Event Tents make a bold statement that is guaranteed to attract attention. Where on the Event Tent would you like the printing? The central front and back rectangular panels are the largest and most commonly printed however we can print other panels if you wish. In addition to these panels there are six triangular panels.

Once you're happy with the outline of the customisation we will book the job with our factory staff and printer in order to give you a more precise time frame for completion. We will need to supply the correct logo/text to the printers in the correct file format (a vector file such as .eps is required) as well as any specific colours to be printed.
