Email contact and how we handle emails
Kiwi Shelters is a sub brand of Kiwi Camping Co Ltd. It is the policy of Kiwi Camping Co. Ltd to send our customers emails throughout the purchasing process and other newsletter emails they elect to receive. Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any customer from any mailing list upon the customer's request. We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our customers, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments. We will preserve the content of any email you send us if we believe we have the legal requirement to do so. Your email message content may be monitored by us for trouble shooting or maintenance purposes or if any form of email abuse is suspected.
Customer Registration
Our site's registration form, completed when placing an order, requires you to provide us contact information and may also require demographic information. Your contact information may be used to contact you when necessary.
Customer Registration Removal
If you wish to have your registration removed from our directory for any reason, simply send us an email requesting to be removed.
Delivery Address Details
Kiwi Camping Co. Ltd enables you to save one delivery address which we will store against your profile. When you buy an item you have the option of entering a new delivery address which must be your own.
Updating Your Personal Information and Password Control
Kiwi Camping Co. Ltd provides you with ways in which you can alter your personal data, including changing your email address, password, phone number, etc. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for all actions taken with your user name, email address and password. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your Kiwi Camping Co. Ltd password to any third parties. If you choose to share your user name, email address and password or your information with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with this information and therefore you should review that third party's privacy policy.

Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. We work diligently to protect the security of your personal information, including credit card information.Your credit card details do not get processed or transmitted through or via the Kiwi Camping Co. Ltd or Kiwi Shelters websites as all transactions are processed through a secure payment service provider. Kiwi Camping Co. Ltd uses Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) for all Kiwi Shelters transactions to provide this secure service. DPS hosts and manages the payment page. All transaction sessions are stored and processed in secure encrypted strings. Your credit card details are not held by Kiwi Camping Co. Ltd and cannot be accessed by Kiwi Camping Co. Ltd staff. However they may be held by Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) (review their Privacy Policy).
